The main chemical composition of 1050H14 aluminum discs includes aluminum (Al), with a content exceeding 99.5%. In addition, it also contains small amounts of elements such as silicon (Si), copper (Cu), magnesium (Mg), zinc (Zn), manganese (Mn), titanium (Ti), vanadium (V), and iron (Fe), with silicon content not exceeding 0.25%, copper, magnesium, zinc, and manganese content not exceeding 0.05%, titanium content not exceeding 0.03%, vanadium content not exceeding 0.05%, and iron content between 0.000 and 0.400%.

Regarding the physical properties of 1050H14 aluminum discs, they have high plasticity, corrosion resistance, conductivity, and thermal conductivity, but their strength is low and cannot be strengthened by heat treatment, and their machinability is poor. However, it is easy to withstand various pressure processing, stretching, and bending.
