1060H12 aluminum discs belong to the 1000 series of aluminum alloys, with the main chemical composition being aluminum (Al). The aluminum content is usually higher than 99.6%, and they have high electrical conductivity and excellent formability. Specifically, the chemical composition of 1060H12 aluminum discs includes: aluminum (Al) accounting for 99.60%, silicon (Si) accounting for 0.25%, copper (Cu) accounting for 0.05%, magnesium (Mg) accounting for 0.03%, zinc (Zn) accounting for 0.05%, manganese (Mn) accounting for 0.03%, titanium (Ti) accounting for 0.03%, vanadium (V) accounting for 0.05%, and iron (Fe) accounting for 0.350%.

In terms of physical properties, 1060H12 aluminum discs have high plasticity, corrosion resistance, conductivity, and thermal conductivity, but their strength is low and cannot be strengthened by heat treatment, resulting in poor machinability. It is easy to withstand various pressure processing and stretching, bending, and is suitable for various application scenarios, such as lamps, cookware, capacitor aluminum shell blanks, etc.
