Its strength is about 10% higher than that of 1100 series aluminum, and it is often used to make parts with high plasticity and good weldability requirements.
Chemical elements: 3003 aluminum discs are mainly composed of aluminum, with manganese (Mn) added as the main alloying element to improve their rust prevention performance. In addition, it also contains small amounts of elements such as copper (Cu), iron (Fe), silicon (Si), and zinc (Zn). The specific chemical composition includes: manganese Mn 1.0-1.5%, copper Cu 0.05-0.2%, iron Fe 0.7%, silicon Si 0.60%, zinc Zn 0.10%, and aluminum Al as the balance.
